Short Lead time ONE WEEK lead time for standard SimplePS set up. We meet your urgent
needs.
The most popular set up of SimplePS with only one week lead time. This set up meets your basic requirements of I-V/C-V parameters characterization.
It consists of KeyFactor’s basic I-V/C-V test kits: DTP100 micropositioners, 2 sets of S10 series probe holders and 1 box of probe tips.
With these reliabletest kits, you can easily probe on pads down to 30 micron. The leakage current of the SimplePS systems is <10nA(S10-BA), <10nA(S10-COAX), <10nA(S10-TRIAX). Users can choose according to their measurement requirements.
SimplePS probe station is not only for I-V/C-V measurement. You can also set it up for RF measurement of S parameters.
The basic set up of SimplePS-RF consists of: 1set of SimplePS probe station(with chuck Z height function), 2 sets of DCP100 micropositioners, 2 sets of RFH100 probe adapters, 2 sets of M40A RF probes and accessories for up to 40GHz measurement.
The rigid and stable design of DCP10 and RFH100 assures accurate probing and stable contacts of probes to pads, thus improving test reliability.
The standard SimplePS probe station has a 4 inch chuck. KeyFactor can also provide 6 and 8 inch set up for chuck.
Standard footprint of this probe station is 30*25cm. If you require larger footprint with larger platen space, we can also customize for you. We can customize platen space for up to 8, 12 or more positioners.
KeyFactors also provides hot chucks for users require thermal test conditions. The most popular set up is RT to 200℃ temperature range with 0.1℃ stability. We can also provide higher temperature range, such as RT to 300℃ or RT to 800℃.
The hot chuck system consists of a gold-plated sample holder and a temperature regulation system – TemPro. With this configuration, you can set and monitor temperature on our TemPro controller or on our TemPro software on computer.
Output power of TemPro is DC 24V that protects you from electric shock harm, keeping you safe. The DC power output also has smaller EMI to your tests than AC power temperature controllers.
Standard SimplePS probe station only has chuck X-Y motion controls. Z height contact and separation control is available upon request. This function is to lift up/lower down the chuck for 2mm with less than 1 micron repeatability.
With this function, you can make contact of the probe tips to pads repeatedly. It improves test efficiency of repeated probing. Many users use this function to release the probe contact from pads before they finish the test and want to lift up the probe tips. This can avoid mal manipulation of micropositioner Z height, protecting probes from overtravel damages and reducing your comsumable probes costs, thus saving your cost of using SimplePS probe station.
KeyFactor can also customized for holders or any structures for photon-electric tests. We can design these structures for your lasers, fibers and other optical parts and make them compatible with our SimplePS probe station.
Users will find it very easy to upgrade SimplePS to a low noise system. SimplePS probe station can easily achieve the goal of <10fA leakage current and <10fF residual capacitance by using proper probes and shielding techniques.
The basic set up of SimplePS low noise probe station are: 1set of SimplePS probe station, 2 sets of DTP100 micropositioners, 2 sets of CPA-10 coax probes, 1 set of MiniShield shield enclosure and 1 box of coax probe tips.
